A Christmas present from our daughter Melissa. Our name carved in a log. Love it
We love our log name so much we made a special garden for it and added a new bird bath.
I found these little angels at a yard sale. I have 3 Granddaughters (my little angels) so I used a paint pen and wrote their names on each one. Megan, Kaitlin, Lauryn. They are standing on a giant sunflower stone that my son gave me.

JUST BREATHE
I really love doing mix media. With this technique all you do is play with paint, stencils. When you have covered the canvas, you either see something in the painting or decide what you would like to block in for shapes, I must need to Breathe more I made two of them.
Gourd Birdhouse
I thought my birds needed a new house so I painted a gourd for their new house, unfortunally the house stayed emptied, but it did look nice in my garden.
I am finally back to my Blog
I am finally back. I can't believe it has been 2 years since last posting, where does the time go.
I will play catch up with you all with this post and I will be posting what I have been creating.
My husband had a stroke in June of 2014, he has recovered very well and we thank God for his recovery everyday. In March of 2015 he had 18" of his colon removed and became very sick after the surgery, I thought I might lose him, but by the Grace of God he recovered. So far 2016 has been good for him and my family. we pray it continues to be smooth sailing.
Through it all I still created and I am thankful for that.
Now sit back as I share what I have been up to. I hope to inspire you to find the art within yourself.
